QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. til 7:00 a.m.  Please respect your neighbors.

PETS: All pets are to be on a leash and you must clean up after them immediately.  At no time may a pet be left outside unattended.

VISITORS: Must park in assigned areas only.  Vehicles parked in non-designated areas or in other lots will be towed at owners expense.  You may check in the office for appropriate areas.

PAY PHONE: in the laundry room which has modem access.  Please be considerate and limit the length of call.

MESSAGES: Only emergency messages will be delivered to your unit.  Others will be in the office.  Please check the board daily.  Packages will be kept inside the office.
